Lisa Sisneros Brow

Lisa has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 30 years, and she continues to run her own agency today. Throughout her career, Lisa has been a strong advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and the programs that improve their lives. As an agency owner and a service provider, she knew firsthand the struggle of keeping up with Medicaid requirements and became convinced that there had to be a better way. From this determination, iTherapyDocs was born.

Steve Kluess

Steve is the Director of Sales & Marketing for iTherapyDocs. Steve is a New Mexico native and was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico where he graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. While in college Steve managed a large I/DD agency that provided Family Living, Day, and Respite services for individuals. He spent over 10 years also doing respite and working with folks with developmental disabilities. After graduating, Steve spent 15 years helping manage sales divisions for technology companies like Ricoh, The Power of Purpose, and Shutterfly while leading their Sales and Marketing engagements. When Steve is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Matko Suflaj

Matko is a software engineer with extensive experience in software development. His first programming lines he scribbled as a kid to make a simple quiz. From that first minor quiz to software systems with multiple integration points, in his career he tackled issues in the shoes of multiple roles including software developer, business analyst, system administrator, and team lead. iTherapyDocs contains some of the finest works he had the pleasure to implement. To wind down Matko enjoys long walks in nature, cycling, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mandy Jackson

Mandy is the Client Onboarding Manager and has been proudly working with iTherapyDocs for the last 2 years. She has over 6 years of management experience and 18 years in customer service. She graduated from New Mexico State University with an Associate of Arts degree in 2011 and is currently advancing her education with an emphasis in Applied Business Information Systems. In her free time, she loves to be with her family, outdoors with their Aussie, planting, cooking or baking something fun with her daughter.

Phillip Brow

Phillip has more than three decades of experience in the high-tech industry, working for such companies as Intel, Honeywell and Emcore. As CTO, he ensures customers can be confident every step of the way to maximize the value they get out of iTherapyDocs. His advanced knowledge of processes and workflow was what turned the dream of iTherapyDocs into a reality. He leads the development team and onboarding team and works tirelessly to improve iTherapyDocs.

Vanessa Ledesma

Vanessa loves to travel to stay sane as she has two adult children who still manage to drive her nuts, a grand baby on the way and the most loving 8-year-old daughter. Her hobbies are traveling and trying to find peace and quiet.

She has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over 20 years of accounting experience.

She has an Enrolled Agent (EA) License issued by the IRS to represent tax clients to the fullest extent including IRS audits, collections and hearings. The Enrolled Agent status is the highest credentials the IRS awards.

Predrag Popovic

Predrag is a software architect with over 15 years of professional experience. He is specialized in enterprise systems and solutions, and is an experienced full stack developer who expands his knowledge by working with teams from various backgrounds. Predrag loves being a dad, riding motorcycles and driving boats.

Sean Murphy

Over the last ten years, Sean has worked as a Direct Support Professional, Service Coordinator, and Trainer for an I/DD agency. Sean has the heart of an educator, and enjoys working with clients, families, and agencies to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sean is fluent in Spanish and speaks some Portuguese as well. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys exercising, playing soccer, and spending time with his wife and family.
